Tapping machine is a kind of mechanical processing equipment to process internal threads, screws or called tooth buckles on the inner side of the holes of various parts with different specifications of through holes or blind holes, such as machine shells, equipment end faces, nuts, flanges, etc. Applicable to automobile or motorcycle body, frame, chassis, connecting rod, engine, cylinder and various mechanical parts, machine tools, hardware products, metal pipes, gears, pump bodies, valves, fasteners and other parts processing. First. Features of tapping machine

Second, tapping machine operating precautions
(1) Automatic tapping machine workpiece clamp position should be correct, try to make the centerline of the threaded hole in a horizontal or vertical position, so that tapping is easy to judge whether the tap axis is perpendicular to the plane of the workpiece. The bottom hole of the thread on the workpiece should be chamfered, and both ends of the through-hole thread should be chamfered.
(2) At the beginning of tapping, put the tap as straight as possible, then put pressure on the tap and turn the gripper, and carefully check and correct the position of the tap when it is cut in. Later, you should only turn the gripper and not put pressure on the tap, otherwise the thread shape will be damaged.
(3) When tapping, the tap should be coaxial with the screw hole, and the calibration part of the tap should not be all out of the head, otherwise it will produce messy teeth when the tap is withdrawn from the reverse car. So that the chip is broken off and easy to discharge and can reduce the cutting edge due to sticky chips and tap rolling phenomenon. Tapping is not available when the screw hole to often exit the tap to exclude the hole in the chips.
(4) In the process of tapping, when you change to the next tap, you have to screw into the tapped threads by hand first, and then turn it by hand when it cannot be screwed in again. When the tapping is finished, avoid turning the tapping hand quickly, it is better to spin out by hand to ensure that the quality of the tapped thread is not affected.
(5) Use special tapping oil when tapping the screw holes of plastic materials. For ordinary carbon steel, copper and aluminum alloy, tapping oil containing sulfurized lard can be used. For stainless steel and titanium alloy, it is best to use high pressure tapping oil containing sulfated fatty acid esters.
(6) Automatic tapping machine cutting speed according to the different materials to make appropriate adjustments. In the same material tap diameter is small to take a higher value, tap diameter is large to take a lower value.
